When you order a custom rug from one of our stores you will be asked to provide a color palette (which may be almost anything) including paint chips, fabric swatches, magazine clippings or photos of your room and/or furniture. If you'd like to be involved in the design process, you will be put in direct contact with our studio and we will begin to design your rug together. Alternatively, if you do not want to be involved in the process, we will work with your sales consultant to complete the project. The building process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks once the layout has been approved. Upon completion, the rug will be shipped to either your local showroom or directly to your home or business. |
